lol once i saw the rubber grip i straight away knew it was graphire 4.
At first i thought it was the same material as Intuos 3, apparently not.
My previous company face the same problem with the G4 grip. We just take the rubber out and replace it with our DIY tissue grip XD

Haha aww you guys should have sent Wacom an email. In fact, I suggest you DO, since we've all bought Wacom products because of its quality. And certainly, the Graphire4 pens didn't deliver.

So Neversummer, please send them an official email from your company, make a journal post of it and ask them to at least replace the pens so that Wacom will keep their quality control and consumers will be happy :D It's a win-win situation
